The thawed beef transferred to the workshop must be processed on the same day. Fresh beef entering the factory must be processed on the same day. If frozen beef is processed within 1 week, the storage temperature can be controlled between 0 and 2 °C, and the humidity can be controlled between 86% and 95%. If the beef cannot be processed within 1 week, it must be transferred to a low temperature warehouse below -18 ℃ for storage.
