If frozen beef is processed within 1 week, the storage temperature can be controlled between 0 and 2 °C, and the humidity can be controlled between 86% and 95%. If the beef cannot be processed within 1 week, it must be transferred to a low temperature warehouse below -18 ℃ for storage.
